Scope of Services provided: Site Masterplanning, Funding Co-ordination, Architecture up to Planning Stage, Project Management and Building Surveying Services for enabling packages.

The School were suffering from overcrowding issues and approached PCH to resolve them. PCH then reviewed the accommodation against DfE Guidance and developed a scheme that addressed the shortfalls. PCH then co-ordinated the funding applications to resolve the problem.

Since the successful SSEF award, PCH have overseen an enabling package of works to minimise disruption to the School. Planning consent has also been secured for the expansion works and a robust tender exercise has taken place, which has secured excellent value for money.
