We are able to prepare supporting information and drawings for public consultation, funding applications and planning applications as well as oversee projects once on site, through to completion.


PCH Associates know how important residential projects can be for homeowners and developers. After consultation and development of a specific brief with the client, PCH Associates are able to prepare a scheme, liaise with the Local Planning Authority and secure your consent. We can also prepare Building Regulations and Construction drawings.

On smaller householder schemes we understand the importance of explaining procedure and keeping each client abreast of the ‘next steps’ during a project and anticipated costs along the way. On larger schemes we can work closely with planning consultants and land agents on behalf of a developer to ensure the scheme proposed is likely to be successful in gaining consent.
