PCH have proved to be an extremely useful strategic partner for Southend High School for Boys. They have a site masterplan, based on accurate data, which has led to six successful bids in the last three years.

PCH understand the bidding process and being a multi discipline practice they produce the bids, develop the plans, deal with planning permissions, run the tender exercises and then manage the project. This reduces time and effort that school staff are required to put in which in turn reduces stress levels and allows us to get on with the job of running the school.
